[Jimmy exclaims a little breathlessly once he's gotten to Ralph, his hands on his knees as he gasps for air.]

Of course I do it's--these kinda things just happen in a video game, it's gonna be alright. You gotta breathe, kid!

[He's okay, he's just...gotta recover from sprinting several blocks. Meanwhile, his Furret has gotten up on her hind legs, staring curiously at a nearby street sign until it suddenly pixelates right in front of her, causing her to squeak and skitter behind Ralph, who happens to be the nearest thing to hide behind.]

W...wait, you mean- has this happened before? Cause I've never seen it, ever!

_{[Ralph distractedly reaches down to pat the Furret.]}

Well not here but I've seen it in other games. Y'know, from across the room.

[Jimmy frowns, standing back upright again as he looks over at the rest of the buildings lining the street.]

It's not like...dangerous or nothin', is it?

[He's curious as much as he's being cautious because, well. We all know what happened in October. Jimmy still has nightmares about it.]

Gosh...it's like the whole town's going all...blocky and pixely n'stuff. From what I can tell, it's just gettin' worse too...

Sure thing, kid. Stick with ol' Ralph, he knows a thing or two about bein' two-dimensional.

[Jimmy seems immediately relieved by Ralph's agreeing to let him stay with him, and without a moment to spare; an entire building goes all pixely near where he's standing, prompting him to take a step closer to Ralph.

Now, usually he'd find stuff like this really cool. Super cool, even! But...he's not sure why, it's just weird.]
